Terms & Conditions: Service & Diagnostic Policies

Welcome to Florida Quick Fitness Repairs, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern all service requests, diagnostic evaluations, repairs, maintenance, and equipment deliveries provided to our clients (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By approving a quote, requesting a service, purchasing equipment, or accepting an invoice, you agree to be bound by the following policies.
1. Service & Diagnostic Policies
- Non-Refundable Fees: Diagnostic Fees are strictly non-refundable. If the parts needed for a repair are unavailable, obsolete, or discontinued, diagnostic charges will not be refunded. Delivery fees for equipment transport and delivery are also completely non-refundable.
- Walking Belt Installation Notice: Once installed, standard walking belts require routine lubrication every 3 to 6 months to ensure proper performance and longevity. Pre-waxed walking belts do not require lubrication.
2. Service Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our services include the following warranty protection:
- Parts Warranty: A 30-day parts warranty is offered directly from the manufacturer.
- Labor Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on all Labor executed by our technicians, covering the specific repair performed.
3. Limitation of Liability for Unavailable or Backordered Parts
Quick Fitness Repairs endeavors to provide timely and efficient repair services. However, there may be instances where certain parts required for the repair are no longer available or are on back order from the manufacturer or supplier. In such cases, Quick Fitness Repairs shall not be held liable for any delays, inconveniences, or damages resulting from the unavailability or delay of such parts. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these circumstances.
4. Late Fees and Collections
Customer agrees to pay a finance charge on the above amount at the rate of 1.5% (18% per annum) per month on all delinquent invoices. Customer further agrees that in the event that it becomes necessary to collect the above amount by legal action or otherwise, to pay all costs of collection including any and all reasonable attorney fees.
5. Vendor Enrollment
If Above Clients requirements involve enrolling into net vendor, vendor cafe, or any other management service will incur a $99.00 service fee on the first invoice.
If any enrollment into a management company is required, Quick Fitness Repairs must be notified prior to approval of work. We will not be responsible for enrollment into any vendor management once work is completed and invoices must be paid regardless of enrollment.
6. Cancellation Policy After Part Order Placement
Notice to Customers: Please be advised of our policy regarding the cancellation of services after approval of an estimate and subsequent part order placement.
Once a customer approves an estimate provided by Quick Fitness Repairs, and we have proceeded with the ordering of necessary parts for the repair or maintenance service, the following terms apply in the event of a cancellation:
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the ordered parts to the supplier or manufacturer.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee will be applied at the rate incurred to our company by the supplier from which part/s are purchased.
- Shipping Charges Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the delivery and return of the parts.
This policy is in place to ensure the efficient operation of our services and to cover the costs associated with the ordering and returning of parts once an estimate is approved and acted upon. We encourage our customers to consider their repair and maintenance decisions carefully and are available to answer any questions or provide additional information before the approval of an estimate. By approving an estimate provided by Quick Fitness Repairs, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
7. Equipment Freight Shipping Policies
Missing Parts & Inspection
When receiving equipment please inspect for any missing parts, such as levelers on base of units, any necessary cords when applicable, mats when applicable, et cetera. If you find you are missing parts, immediately file a freight claim with the shipper BEFORE the shipper departs your location. Quick Fitness Repairs is not responsible for missing parts lost in shipping. We will endeavor to help you replace parts after we have been compensated for the expense of parts from the manufacturer or shipper.
Out-of-State & Large Deliveries
Large orders such as home gyms, cardio equipment, and weight sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders placed out of the state of Florida arriving by truck are CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements. We generally do not ship to APO and FPO addresses, however some items may be available for shipment to these addresses. Please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill the order.
Freight Damage Policy
Prior to accepting any delivery please examine the cartons for any sign of damage. When the machine is received fully assembled, please take time to make sure the unit is functioning properly BEFORE signing for delivery. Quick Fitness Repairs will not be held responsible in any way for damage not noted and signed by the freight carrier, even if the damage is concealed. The only way you, as a customer, can determine concealed damage is to utilize or try out the unit before the freight carrier departs your location. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Quick Fitness Repairs is not responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping of your order. If any freight damage occurs, the recipient is responsible for noting all freight damage on the Bill of Lading with the carrier at the time of delivery. If the recipient does not notate the damage while the shipper is present, Quick Fitness Repairs is not responsible for the freight damage.
If an item arrives damaged, the recipient must notate all freight damage while the shipper is present, and the recipient must ensure that the shipper and the recipient have a copy of the freight damage claim on the Bill of Lading. The recipient should contact the terminal from where the shipper came from and request a freight claim form. Quick Fitness Repairs is not responsible for the outcome of any possible freight damage claims.
Since we strive for customer satisfaction, we can provide new parts to replace your damaged parts after we are compensated for the parts from the shipper.
Shipping Times & Surcharges
For orders placed outside the state of Florida: Most of the orders ship in 8 to 10 business days and are delivered in less than 2 weeks. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Items do not ship on weekends. Items that cannot be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex are delivered curbside. Please email us if you do not receive tracking info within 10 weekdays. Standard delivery of items that don’t ship UPS or Fed Ex are curbside; you will need to be prepared to unload the package when it arrives.
Additional charges may apply to some deliveries in the Contiguous United States due to unusual road/driveway circumstances that restrict and/or obstruct delivery. Your delivery location should be accessible to normal size delivery trucks which deliver the size exercise equipment you are requesting. Any additional special services need to be arranged before purchase in writing, please.
